FramePilot Camera Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FramePilot Camera collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with our real estate photo workflow app and related services.

Effective date: July 19, 2026

Overview

FramePilot Camera is designed to help users capture, organize, submit, and manage real estate photo projects from an iPhone. This policy applies to the FramePilot Camera mobile app, backend account services, purchase and entitlement systems, and customer support communications connected to the app.

Information We Collect

FramePilot Camera may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account login details, billing status, customer support messages, and property or project information entered into the app.

The app may also collect app usage data, device and app diagnostics, crash reports, feature interactions, approximate location if enabled by your device settings, purchase or subscription status, credit balances, entitlement information, and uploaded photos, videos, or related media used in your real estate photo workflow.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve FramePilot Camera; create and manage user accounts; organize real estate photo projects; process uploaded media; verify purchases, subscriptions, credits, and entitlements; provide customer support; troubleshoot errors; prevent misuse; and communicate important service updates.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand app performance, improve workflows, and make the app more reliable for real estate capture and delivery use cases.

Photo and Media Handling

Photos, videos, and other media uploaded or captured through FramePilot Camera may be transmitted to backend services for storage, processing, organization, editing workflow support, delivery, and account access across devices.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded media. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and share any property photos, videos, or related media through the app.

Purchases and Subscriptions

FramePilot Camera may offer paid subscriptions, photo credits, or other in-app purchases through Apple. Apple processes App Store payments according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We may receive purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund, credit balance, and entitlement information from Apple or our backend systems so we can provide access to paid features and keep your account status accurate.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, media storage, analytics, diagnostics, payment entitlement verification, customer support, and app infrastructure.

These providers may process information only as needed to help us operate FramePilot Camera. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain accounts, support active projects, verify purchases and entitlements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

Uploaded media and project data may be retained while your account or project remains active, unless deleted by you or removed according to our operational retention practices.

User Choices

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some app features may not work without it. You can manage device permissions, such as photo library, camera, notifications, and location access, through your iOS device settings.

You can manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. To request account access, correction, deletion, or support with privacy questions, contact us using the contact details below.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by FramePilot Camera.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong account password and keep your device secure.
