FramePilot Camera
These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using FramePilot Camera, our real estate photo workflow app, website, support services, and related features.

FramePilot Camera is designed to help real estate professionals capture, organize, submit, edit, and manage listing photo projects from an iPhone workflow. By using FramePilot Camera, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app or related services.
FramePilot Camera is intended for real estate professionals, business users, brokerages, teams, and authorized support users. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own failure to use reasonable security measures.
You agree to use FramePilot Camera only for lawful real estate photography, media organization, editing workflow, and related business purposes. You may not use the app to:
You retain ownership of photos, videos, property information, and related media you upload or capture through FramePilot Camera. You grant us permission to host, store, transmit, process, display, and modify that media as needed to provide the app, editing workflow, quality review, delivery, support, and related services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, releases, listing permissions, and authorizations for any property media or information you submit.
FramePilot Camera may provide guided capture, scoring, organization, editing support, AI-assisted features, or export tools. We work to make outputs useful for real estate workflows, but results may require review. You are responsible for reviewing final photos, property details, listing claims, and deliverables before publication or distribution.
FramePilot Camera should not be used to create misleading representations of a property or to materially alter listing media in a way that violates MLS, brokerage, platform, advertising, or legal requirements.
FramePilot Camera may offer subscriptions, photo credits, or other paid features through Apple or other authorized payment systems. App Store purchases are processed by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms, billing rules, renewal settings, refund process, and subscription management controls.
Credits, entitlements, and paid features may be limited by plan, account status, usage rules, availability, and operational constraints shown in the app or related purchase flow.
Our handling of personal information, project information, uploaded media, diagnostics, purchase status, and app usage data is described in our Privacy Policy.
FramePilot Camera may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, analytics, diagnostics, payment entitlement verification, support, app infrastructure, and other operational services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also limit access when needed for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
FramePilot Camera is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect image results, MLS approval, listing performance, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FramePilot Camera and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the app or related services.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable charges, or used the service unlawfully or abusively. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of FramePilot Camera after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
